General Update This four-hour mandatory course satisfies one of the continuing education requirements for broker licensure renewal with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. Subscribers are advised of the number of Updates that were made to the particular publication the prior year. The number of Updates may vary due to developments in the law and other publishing issues, but subscribers may use this as a rough estimate of future shipments. Subscribers may cancel this subscription by: calling Customer Support at ; emailing customer. If subscribers cancel within 30 days after the product is ordered or received and return the product at their expense, then they will receive a full credit of the price for the annual subscription. No credit will be given for cancellations more than 60 days after the invoice date. To receive any credit, subscriber must return all product s shipped during the year at their expense within the applicable cancellation period listed above.
Subscribers receive the product s listed on the Order Form and any Supplementation releases, replacement volumes, new editions and revisions to a publication 'Updates' made available during the annual subscription period, included in the annual price. Under the automatic renewal option, at least 60 days before each renewal date, subscribers will receive a renewal notice, which include the cost of the next annual subscription.
The renewal price will likely include a small increase over the prior year's subscription rate. This course also covers topics that have been identified as "problem" topics for exam applicants and the student is given an opportunity to practice real estate exam related math calculations.
This class is for students that have completed a Real Estate pre-licensing course and are waiting to take the NC Real Estate provisional licensing exam. Prerequisite: License issued after October 1, Proof is required at the first class meeting. Textbook required. RLSA Postlicensing 3: Selected Topics The primary objective of the course is to provide instruction at a level beyond that provided in prelicensing courses on topics deemed to be of special importance to licensees.
Topics addressed in this course include commercial real estate brokerage, residential property management, land use controls, loan fraud, license law issues and case studies, fair housing, establishing a brokerage firm, and manufactured and modular homes.
Topics addressed in this course include selected basic contract law concepts, real estate sales contracts and addenda, and closing procedures and statements.
